For those who like murder mysteries with some recipes thrown in, may I recommend Joanne Fluke and her Hannah Swenson mysteries? All of the recipes mentioned in her books are given, and all are delightfully fun to do and generally pretty easy to make.
And now for the homesteady-type books - food, crafts, and so forth! Remember, these are all Kindle books, free at the time of posting. They may not be free when you get to them.
