Crazy day

Last night went good at work, a little overtime but not so much that we were crazy-exhausted by the time we got done. And I got all my errands done yesterday before I had to head to work. Kind of tired then, but I made it through with the help of sheer stubbornness and a ton of caffiene. I even got the envelope of seeds I won a couple weeks ago on one of my Facebook groups, so that will be fun to see if anything happens with those (2 kinds of squash, yellow pear tomato, anise hyssop, and I forget what the other two are offhand). So I might get some of that stuff planted today if I can find my craft sticks I use for plant markers! If not, planting will have to wait a few more days until I get some this weekend, because I refuse to plant things when I can't remember what got planted where - especially in a seed-starting mini-greenhouse (which I may pick up another one this weekend, and some corn and whatever else I can think of ... going to have to start stocking up on some veggie seeds that I won't grow myself but that can be traded for other things I will use).

Today, however, things are not going too well. I'm writing this while the interwebs are down around here. Horribly down. Loads of data packet loss, can't get a good signal for nothing, so goodness only knows if I will even get to my email today before work. Thank goodness I put in for a day off Monday to celebrate my anniversary at work a few weeks late (if I want to get paid for it, I have to take the day off), so I have a three-day weekend coming up. Though if internet isn't back up by the time we get home from work, I'll have to call and find out what's going on. This is not fun for me, folks! I like sitting in bed in my jammies and working on things. I may have to take the laptop out to the living room and my desk and physically hook up to the modem and see if that helps, though with 90% data packet loss, who knows!

LATER: Well, two hours later, it's finally up for a bit, so I'll do what I can before I have to head into work. Hopefully, I can wake up, too ... this week has been one of those weeks where I'm tired a lot, I need that to end, lol! And yeah, I'm sitting in bed in my jammies to "work," lol. Now if only I could do this all the time, it would be great! Some day, soon I hope!
